BorÅŸa (Hungarian: Borsa, German: Borscha) is a town in the south of the MaramureÅŸ county, Romania in the valley of the ViÅŸeu river near the Prislop Pass, which links Transylvania from Bukovina. It is sorrounded by the Rodna Mountains and MaramureÅŸ.
The town is a spa and in its vicinity can be found mineral springs. The Rodna National Park (which has an area of 463 km2) can be accessed from BorÅŸa.
Among the sights of BorÅŸa is the wooden church built in 1718.
